Identify the German receiving entity, intended research use and material specification. Confirm with the responsible importer which chemical, product, customs and documentation requirements apply to the particular material and transaction. A research-use label is not an exemption from applicable requirements.

Agree the commercial description, quantity, batch references, safety information and any applicable import authorizations before shipment. Customs classification and destination eligibility should be reviewed by the responsible importer or adviser.
